HR officer

What we will expect from you:

As HR officer, you will be jointly responsible for streamlining all processes concerning our staff. Together with an internal recruiter and 'financial & HR administration' colleague, you will be responsible for the entire operational and administrative HR process concerning our staff and staff-related changes. Together, you will ensure good human resources management so that corporate and personal objectives are met. This is a challenging position in which you will be able to develop yourself and which, in time, will involve increasing responsibilities. Below, we have listed some of the responsibilities that will be required of the HR Officer.

HR tasks

• You will be responsible for the drafting and processing of documentation and contracts, including the monitoring of end-of-employment contracts with timely notice letter care;
• You will be responsible for the coordinating and supporting of conversations such as: progress, development and interest interviews with employees;
• You will be responsible for interview reports and providing feedback to the relevant employee;
• You will be responsible for a proper transfer to HR administration as well as for keeping the digital staff files up to date;
• You will be responsible for, among other things, the scheduling of training sessions, training schedules and taking care of employee training;
• You will be partly responsible for optimising our HR processes;
• You will support our internal recruiter with regard to the recruitment/selection process, onboarding, recruitment protocols and recruitment strategy. You will take over his/her duties in his/her absence;
• You will monitor the absence policy. You will be the first point of contact for both the occupational health and safety services and the employee;
• You will play a key role in creating and monitoring holiday and staff planning.

This is who you are:

• You have a mbo+ or hbo work and thinking level (e.g. HRM or office management);
• You have several years of experience working as an HR officer. If you have built up this experience within a production environment/in the food industry, this is a plus;
• You have experience in administrative processes;
• You are committed, passionate and stress-resistant;
• You are communicatively strong;
• You are a go-getter and flexible;
• Do you, besides fluent Dutch, speak other languages? Then you score points!

What we offer you:

Salary indication between €2,600 and €3,400 (gross per month/full-time - based on education and experience).
